Customer service was great

Carly P took the time to take my Pandora charms that I brought in and arrange them from one bracelet to two bracelets. She also arranged a new birthstone that I bought today for my birthday on a pandora necklace I brought in with some of my other charms. She was so pleasant and had a thorough knowledge of Pandora. She let me know that my bracelet I owned was two sizes too big. One of my earrings broke while store cleaned it so she gave me credit on a new bracelet.

Kymberli was super nice and made the experience super helpful. She was patience with my baby crying while choosing my charms and made exchange and return smooth.

The salesperson worked with me was knowledgeable about the process. The other salespeople chimes in on the best way to make my exchange. She went above and beyond even asking if I wanted my package gift wrap as it was a gift for my spouse.

I had a LOVELY experience at this pandora location. It’s actually the first pandora I’ve gone to and probably the only one I will go to. The service was so exceptional, all of the ladies were sweet and helpful.
