The store was immaculate, the sales associates very helpful, helping me find beads on sale. I only came to look, but since they were on sale I got 2. . I won't be returning to this store because it was in Michigan and I live in California. I was on vacation. But I will go there next year when I go to Michigan again.

Had my bracelet and rings cleaned. And I brought two charms while waiting.

I came in for an ankle bracelet. I found out Pandora doesn't make ankle bracelets. The sales associates got creative to help me turn a bracelet into an anklet.

The representative who waited on me was extremely helpful and pleasant. Went over and beyond in helping me replace my broken bracelet.

Highly satisfied with Carly P. Very nice and friendly. Almost did not purchase a bracelet because of the first sales lady. She was not friendly and very short with me did not want to answer any of my questions. She also told me that there were no beginner sets on sale. I was VERY pleased with Carly P and thanked her for taking time to explain all the bracelet sets with me.

I went in today to the store to shop for certain things that I had on the list. The sales person was incredibly friendly, funny and helpful. Everything on my list was available, and she made suggestions that I loved

Colleen helped my fiance and I with our purchase at Pandora. She was wonderful! We were on a time crunch and she quickly and expertly helped us get the ring we wanted and had it beautifully wrapped. Will come back to the store for sure!
