The rep was very patient with my purchase. There were several items not in stock. I came in for the free bracelet promotion. I wanted to get a battery for my Pandora watch but was given a number to call. Was not happy. Chicago Watertower store said they could send it out for me but I was just visiting the area.

I loved the customer service, super friendly and caring of your questions. The pandora store is great to be in, with a good atmosphere.

1- upon entering the store, there was a very kind greeter explaining the order and experience layout. 2- assistant manager Heather was AMAZING - she was on her game. Anticipating needs, for example, starting a waiting list as soon as there was more than 1 person waiting. She ran around with a smile and positivity. 3- last but most important, Jacqueline D, was kind, patient and gave me honest input as I ask questions (lots) and provided an engaged experience. That is very important to me, when I’m spending a lot of money.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience. The employee helping me was extremely friendly and patient while I picked my charm. She did not make me feel rushed at all. The selection of charms was great and I didn't realize some charms came in different designs as well. Will be returning soon.

I came with a list of charms I needed, all were available and the clerks were very pleasant. I even had more 4 completed bracelets cleaned. Great experience.

My sales person was very accommodating, and knowledgeable. She made me feel very welcomed ( this was my first visit to any Pandora store) and she just treated me like an old friend!
