I have shopped at this store many times and I will keep going back.

I had a great experience with my salesperson! Her name was Jill, she helped me find everything i was looking for, and she was able to give me info on what wasnt in the store and when they might be in store again. I really liked the 12 oaks store and how helpful Jill was!

Sales Persons are always professional and patient with me each time I visit the store.

Jill, the Sales Associate, was geniuine, kind, knowledgable, and accommodating. Jill made the experience enjoyable.

I went to this store last year on my birthday and had a very pleasant experience with Pat and again this year but it was Maryanne E who took care of me . I went to the store at Partridge Creek about 2 months ago and the experience was nothing compared to the Twelve Oaks store. I will continue to make the 45 minute drive to do all my business there as they really care and take time with you and don't make you feel like a bother. I also had my bracelet cleaned at both stores and I don't know what they did at the other store but it came out the same , today it looks like I just bought all the charms today. thanks again Maryanne E for the exceptional service. i was extremely impressed with my sales associate she was helpful and friendly and very much on task.

Service were so good. I really like it how they suggest you with there point and make comfortable and help a lot finding rings.
