Prior to shopping at this location I had just experienced a horrible experience at Solitaire The Diamond Store in Nashville TN on 4/28/2018. I was assisted by Carly and Kourtnie who helped me to remember why Pandora was such a special piece of jewerly to me in the first place. They were able to provide me laughter and help me with replacing my Moms Pandora. She lost in a house fire, after a awful divorce, and the death of my grandfather. I shared this and Kourtnie was not only patient but helped me to create a who different kind for my Mom. As well as providing me information needed for the incident the day prior.

I have other charm bracelets similar to the one I bought and have never been truly happy with my purchase. However I am extremely please with my recent purchase at Pandora. I love the quality of my items and they are just what I was looking for.
