The sales representative was amazing, she was patient in explaining me the function of the bracelet and how to install charms. She was really friendly and made me feel at ease. Will definitely go purchase more products from her.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to open a line of credit which allowed me to purchase more than I planned to but was very satisfied in my new charms and bracelet. They also cleaned my old bracelet and charms and made them look brand new. The staff at twelve Oaks Mall in Novi. MI is amazing.
