Great products, great prices

I haven't been in the store in a while my last visit seem rushed and not so customer service related such as spending a little more time to ask questions or offer more merchandise. However my recent visit was very positive and rewarding and I will be visiting the store again.

Needed a charm replaced call the til free number, told her my situation and with no question she sent me a return envelope to send my charm back.

The sales person was very helpful and attentive. She was ver knowledgeable of the thw merchandise and gave me some very good options for my friends birthday. I also appreciated her giving me a minute while I answered a very important phone call.

When I walked in I was greeted. I knew what I was looking for far as a bracelet but not so much the charm. The sales lady spent some time showing me different case.

I was very pleased with the sales associate that helped me (Kat) she was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient & it was a pleasurable experience.

Sales Assoc was very helpful a great personality she had knowledge of where pieces was kept.Even ask about my lifestyle interest and showed me some pieces.

I like everything but some of the pieces that I wanted were not in the store. Pandora discontinued some pieces.
