The sales associates were very helpful. I needed to exchange a ring, because I got a size too big and they were so fast on locating the new ring.

I knew exactly what I wanted when walking in. I have a brief description of the item to the associate and she knew exactly what I was looking for. She package the item and rang me up in a timely manner.

I walked in and immediately was spoken to. A staff member came right to me to ask how she could help me. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The person helping us was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She genuinely seemed to like her job and that came through in how she spoke to us. She took the time to show us what we asked and then when we asked for something different never made us feel uncomfortable. Very good experience (not our first :))
