Victoria was the sale associate that helped me. I told her what I was looking for and she did a great job pulling charms for me. She was super friendly and then re-arranged the bracelet for me. Victoria took her time with me. When I have visited the Montgomery mall location, I have always felt rushed. Will be coming back here due to excellent customer service. Thank you Victoria!!!

I had selected rings I liked online and showed the sale associate. She found all of them in the sizes I needed so I could make my decision.

The customer service was above and beyond.the young lady I wish I knew her name went above a beyond to my sure my needs was met I end up Hutchison the new bracelet and three charms my old bracelet was tarnished and she did everything she could to restore it with no luck but I end up getting a brand new bracelet starting all over with just three times

I always leave out with a smile on my face very satisfied. The customer service is great. The only location I prefer to shop.
