The young lady that assisted us was extremely friendly and helpful. I was attempting to surprise my friend and the salesperson was assisting me in my purchase. The staff person (forgive me I cannot recall her name) was very helpful and assisted my friend in picking out her first charm. This store was clean, everyone seemed nice and the only reason I would not return is because I was visiting the area (Georgetown) and I live in NY.

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us find the perfect pair of earrings for my daughter’s birthday and wrapped it nicely.

Lovely guy in store. Got exactly what I needed. A DC charm for my wife on our trip from Ireland. It's a tradition now getting a charm for her bracelet on each trip so delighted to find pandora in Georgetown Washington DC.
