From the moment I entered the store the energy from the staff was so positive. They assisted me when I need help right away, and the store is clean and well organized for you to shop. 100% satisfied and will return to shop again.

I really liked the sales associate at the store, Victoria! She was so nice and accommodating. She helped me pick and personalize the jewelry I was looking at perfectly. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. She was open, relatable, and friendly, but not too pushy. She sold me great stuff and was happy with the bracelet that I personalized for my mom and the necklace I got for myself. She let me know about several awards program discount benefits. Very excited about the jewelry I got, the warranty on it, and how I can get it cleaned anywhere in the country. Will be back!
