Sales associate guy was so friendly but I think store manager or supervisor lady (American-white ) wasn’t knowledgeable and friendly like him. She has an attitude during my visit!

My salesperson Tyler Q went above my customer service expectations. I called the store yesterday and he remember my questions when I arrived today. In fact, he had my three charms set aside for me. I've been toultiple Pandora stores this holiday season, but because of Tyler going the extraimile to get me in and out of a busy, congested shopping area (Georgetown DC), I will certainly be back to this location and will bring friends to shop with me. Tyler is an asset to your store and company!

Both sales assistants were extremely knowledgeable and kept me engaged even though there was a fair amount of persons in the store. I never felt "neglected". They also provided suggestions and appeared genuinely interested.
