The salesperson knew exactly what I was looking for and presented me with all of the options. I was looking for a clip for my bangle and she informed me that there are specific clips for the bangles which I was not aware of. She also explained that I can use normal clips and use the black plastic pieces to help keep them in place.

I was greated by a brand new employee. She greeted me at the door and immediately took me to the merchandise I wanted to purchase. To make it clear she did not tell me she was a brand new employee until I asked her how long she had worked there. I am from another state and this store was recommended to me because of the DC exclusive charms I wanted to purchase.

I was searching something to remind me of Washington DC and America and I found a charm with the Washington monument, the capitol and the American flag; what more perfect! I love pandora because you can create your bracelet with memories. This is wonderful, and the quality is perfect!
