Associates were readily available and exceeded my expectation in that the item I requested a hold for was still held for me in that I could not make it the fray of the request. Shanika cleaned an item and I was amazed in the difference and purchased it instead of another option!

The sales lady was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for specific travel charms for Washington as I am collecting in each city I visit and she showed me all of the ones relevant and made for DC. She also mentioned other exclusives to the cities I am visiting which aren’t in the catalogue which is kind of disappointing as I am trying to collect these but also make sure the bracelet looks good as well.

I a deaf customer and a staff assisted me quickly when I picked out an earring. She immediately found it and offered alcohol to try them on. She was sanitary, attentive and quick as she analyzed my eagerness to hurry on New Year’s Eve.

The sales associates are outstanding!!! Alison, Shaghol and Shanika were very professional yet friendly, knowledgeable and fun. They simply made the buying experience a complete joy my wife and I. We live in Bowie but the store on M street is worth the time and satisfaction. Thank you!!

I was highly satisfied because I ended up with a beautiful new bracelet and ring. However, the wait time was ridiculous, and the salesperson's ability to find what I wanted was frustrating at times - although it turned out well. Frankly, almost every Pandora I've ever been to has been incredibly understaffed.

The Sales Rep listened to what I was interested in. She remembered my name from a previous visit. She was "charming" and funny.
