Things I wanted weren’t there

I bought new flat bracelet with two charms that are clip on. The sales associate put them on the bracelet. After wearing it for two days one of the charms fell off the bracelet and was lost. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the new line of charms. Svetlana

Upon entering the store the attendant kept talking to customers and didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to interrupt their conversation.

I've just had much more pleasant experiences at other locations.

The seller is not that friendly and nice when I ask for a box; the bag for carrying the ring is not clean

The store was very overheated making customers feel unwell. The store was quite busy so a long wait.

I had to ask for help.

Asked to see charms for the DC area and associate was looking for a tray for 5 minutes. I found them in the display case to which she said yes those were them.
