The store did not have the ring I wanted in my size, but the sales associate, Shahgol went out of her way to help me find something that I would like.

Despite a very friendly sales associate, she knew we were in a hurry to make a dinner appointment and continued to talk and others delay us throughout the purchase process.

It took a while to get assistance. Once we received assistance it took a while to find the size of the ring, which they were not able to find. Once we had the ring, it should take a max of 3 minutes to check out. It took like 10 minutes and there was no packaging or anything needed.

I am a tourist and the sales lady wasn’t very interested in showing us different options. The manager was awesome she is the one who told us about the promotion that was running. I will not be returning in the next 90 days is because i was on holidays

Since I spent a lot of time to choose the charms, but the salesman who is very patient and friendly which I'm very appreciate.

The charms are amazing, I'm always searching for something. Specially when traveling, I love to buy some as a special gift. I love when I found some related with the city that I visit.

I am fairly new to Pandora for myself. I went there to buy my mom a charm in remembrance of our trip. That night while looking thru the catalog I was given I decided to return to get myself a starter bracelet. I think the sales person was new. She had alot of patience with me since I was indecisive. I just needed a little more guidance. Overall it was a good experience
