We started with one associate and she passed us on the another. The new one was rude and condescending. We said we liked a certain chain and when asked why, we said it was petite and feminine, she asked us why we thought that then insisted we look at others that we said we didnt like but she didnt listen. We also said we would like to look at charms/pendents 1st but she said we needed to pick out a chain first. Instead of listening to our thoughts she was pushy.

I got in requesting the vendor to exchange my bracelet as I bought it back in December and was not working well. She replied that she will do it and she never dd it...

The price of the earrings were listed at $65 on display, but was rung up as $75. Sales clerk told me that these earrings were the last pair and “because of inflation” she had to sell it to me for the price that’s rung up. Price match was not offered as it should be. Very unprofessional.

This is very inconvenient shopping experience. At the beginning, the salesman didn’t give me a right guide. Plus, this store doesn’t have all items what I want, which means I need to look at another store as well! Besides, I spent like 1800$, but they didn’t give me any free gifts. I had experience which I brought a lot charms, but they gave me some gifts. All in all, this experience is very horrible!

I called earlier in the day to state that I couldn't locate my receipt. When I reached the store the associate didn't seem to know how to pull up my purchase in the system to exchange an item. It took me asking her to search my husband's name again to find the receipt.
