Sarah the Sales Associate was not very pleasant. When I mentioned to her she said that they were busy. And she doubled down instead of being apologetic or pleasant. I hope it was not because I didn’t fit the mold of certain caliber of people she’s used to selling to

The gentlemen in the store would not help me make a return. The staff seemed very off putting and rude. There was one girl who wanted to help but she was busy. I will not be returning to this location to buy anything. It is horrendously awful.

The lady seller was very intense, she wanted me to buy and put so much pressure on me, I understand her job is to make people buy, but I was a little uncomfortable and feeling overwhelmed because I said many times that I don’t want anything else and she keeps telling me what to buy, I prefer to make my own purchase decisions, but she was trying to make me buy what she wanted. Beside that, the lady was very friendly and patient and willing to answer my doubts. But she was too much at some point

I came into the store to ask about exchanging a ring I was given for Christmas. I wore it for three weeks and the gem fell off. I was told in store that the only way that could have happened was if I took pliers to the ring. They gave me a new ring but I did not appreciate being told that I must have done something to the ring. I wanted a refund because I am worried it will just fall apart again but was told that was not possible as the return period has passed.

I received a pandora bracelet gift ; the box was defective so I called the Georgetown store to inquire. The salesperson answering the phone last night was very friendly and put box side for me. This morning when I came in the salesperson found the box, I bought a bead but she didn’t treat me with respect. My experience was disappointing.

Just two sellers at the store. I had to wait around 40 min to have one of them available. And more than one item that I was looking in the catalog was note available (neither at store or website).

I have never been pressured to purchase anything - ever - at any Pandora Store. The salesperson who helped me kept asked by me if I was sure when I didn’t want the Mother’s Day bracelet I’d anither charm. Instead I will return to my home store to make a purchase.
