The sales associate was very distracted during my visit. I came in specifically looking for mother charms and they were difficult for her to locate in the book. I also felt that I was treated with less respect then the other guests in the store because I look young for my age. I went to this store because it was closest to my home but in the future I am more likely to choose a different store to purchase Christmas presents from.

I came in to by a charm that represented DC. I bought the cherry blossom charm. While there I asked for my bracelet to be cleaned. One sales associate was helping with the sale then another Afro American lady took over and proceeded to look at my bracelet and then was joined by the manager and told me that some charms on my bracelet were not pandora charms. Every charm on my bracelet is from pandora. IThe manager and sales associate took the charms they said were not real pandora off and cleaned my bracelet. I was highly insulted. The manager said he had never seen my charms before. At the moment I was take. Off guard. My question is as a manager, you do not insult a customer like that. Most of the charms on my bracelet are orobably retired. He said that he couldn’t find the stamp. It was horrible customer service. I am pretty sure he could have taken The time to look up my account to see when I purchased each charm on my bracelet. And could have verified in a totally more professional manner. In hiindsight, I shouldn’t have gone through with the purchase of the charm. Im visiting from Va and just wanted a souvenir of my trip. Very insulting and highly unprofessional.

I was satisfied with everything. The sales girl was very nice and approachable and knew a lot about the products and the collections available in store.

There was no sign on the door indicating that there was to be a line outside. When I opened the door to enter all I got from a sales associate was a hand shoo-ing me out, which was very confusing. Then I waited in line outside for approx 30 min. In that time 2 different pairs of people came out. After the first pair came out I opened the door again to see if I could enter and again was shoo-ed away with a hand and no explanation. After the second pair came out I didn't even ask, and no one came to get me. Then a third pair left and finally I looked in and got a frantic handwave inside as if I should have known that I was finally allowed in/ By now 4 people were behind me in line and all of us were let in at once so clearly it was not a capacity issue. Then, even though I was first in line, everyone else was assisted except me. I already knew exactly what I wanted to pick up but was totally ignored. No one even asked if I wanted help as I stood there awkwardly waiting. Finally someone finished with another customer (who came after me) and I requested their assistance. I felt they judged me for my youth and assumed I wouldn't buy or something. Really disappointed.

Once again my family and myself visited this location in georgetown and we were treat very bad. The manager was very rude, He wouldn't help us at all he was stand-off and locked the door behind my fiance who had to step out for a business call. I asked him why he did that he replied I can't have y'all running in and out! That was the 1st time anyone stepped out the store. Then we asked him to look up a warranty on one of my aunt charms I brought her and he said he was busy. This was my birthday weekend and he made me so upset. I come to Washington dc very often but I will not be returning to this location. This is the second time I have been treated with very poor customer service and I refuse to spend my hard earned money in a establishment that is not being a tentative or appreciative to the customer. I was embarrassed in front of my family because he spoke down to us in a manner no one should have to experience.
