I made a purchase on sat and my experience was great even gave a great review online. Once I got home and settled I noticed I was over charged for one of my earrings. I called the store to let them know when I got to the store I assume the manager handled my situation but she too was lost. She gave me a complete refund of one of my earrings and I wanted both. I was pressed for time because I was leaving and needed to head back home. I'm disappointed because I love this store whenever I'm in DC my boyfriend always treat me to pandora and I visit DC very often.

Para empezar la persona que nos atendió sin ninguna amabilidad al cliente y tuve que regresar a la tienda con 2 horas de camino manejando porque la persona que me atendió me vendió el holiday ornament sin el charm adentro es una falta de respeto hacia mi persona porque una confía en el vendedor que le está vendiendo a uno las cosas como son y cuando regrese a la tienda ni siquiera me pidieron una disculpa por el incidente cuando tuve que manejar mas de 2 horas para regresar a la tienda y solucionar el problema deberían de contratar gente más profesional y con diversidad para atender a todo tipo de persona que tenga más profesionalismos y más amabilidad con los clientes

The Sales Associate told us the wrong price of the the purchase. I also asked the her to separate the purchase and she refused. I have make another trip to the store the next day which is not close al all to get the matter resolve. Unacceptable Customer Service. I did speak with the Store Manager who so what resolved the matter but I am still not satisfied for the simply fact that I had to drive a distance and pay for parking after calling all numbers that was given and no answer. When I arrived at the store it was not busy. I will never GO TO THE GEORGETOWN LOCATION AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE THERE!!!

I am being billed for items never received yet said I would be. Also boxes were empty when arrived, called and reported it, nothing was done. also I am being billed for my return and the ones that never came. want these and all items that were supposedly send off my card. Amelia bindas

the original sales person had left for the day it is very difficult for me to visit the store at certain times of the week -- the manager was helping and was not pleased during the time maybe I had interrupted her time of doing other things in her office. I USED TO LIKE TO VISIT THE GEORGETOWN STORE not anymore. I was purchasing From the TIME THE STORE OPENED IT WAS A VERY NICE MANAGER AT THAT TIME NOT ANYMORE. I ALSO MISPLACED A COUPON FOR $10.00 AND COULD NOT USE CAN YOU PLEASE SEND ME A FEW COUPONS FOR ANOTHER PURCHASE AT ANOTHER STORE MAYBE UNION STATION OR TYSONS CORNER. I LOVE PANDORA ITEMS AND SPEND A LOT OF MONEY AT PANDORA GEORGETOWN LOCATION THAT IS THE ONLY STORE THAT I HAVE VISITED YOU CAN LOOK UP MY RECORDS AND SEE THAT I ONLY PURCHASE NEVER RETURNED ANY ITEM ---- MAYBE I CAN BE ON THE EMAIL WHEN YOU HAVE PROMOTIONS I DON'T RECEIVE ANY EMAIL ANYMORE I WILL BE LOOKING IN THE MAIL FOR A COUPON. THANKS VERY MUCH
