The store associate was very nice. She knew about the different sales , and also she knew about the different products. Apart from that she was very quick and friendly and also very helpful.

We went into this store looking for a gift for my daughter's 13th birthday. The sales associate we had, Arismeys, was so patient with us being so indecisive. She pulled out several charms and set up the bracelet for us with different options so we could see which route we wanted to go. She was helpful on offering her opinion on what ring our daughter might like as well. She made this experience wonderful. The other team members were so good talking with our 3 yr old who was there, he was content the whole time we worked with Arismeys. Great experience all around!!!

Walked in and was helped right away even though the store was busy. Not sure exactly what I was looking for but the salesclerk knew. Very friendly and helpful. Wonderful worker.

Aisha is echelons above any jewelry salesperson I’ve ever met. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all Pandora products and her customer service is the best PERIOD. Aisha is a consummate professional and is the sole reason I would go back to Pandora and also recommend Cross Creek Mall Pandora to friends. She should be the store manager without question.

Because of the size of the selection of items and the amount of different charms. Also good customer service and outstanding financing. Also outstanding customer service. Easy to pickup orders.

Tara was excellent. This was my first Pandora experience and she was very patient. Showed me a variety of styles and was very knowledgeable about the products. It was great!

The young lady that assisted me was very friendly and assisted me in picking out the perfect gift for my wife. I left with the perfect gift all dressed up for Valentines Day
