It was just a great experience. It was Christmas Eve and busy but the staff was friendly and patient.

The associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was also relatable.

The store was full. Tara my sales associate was the BEST!! Even though they were super busy, she still took care of me like I was the first customer of the day!!

It’s Christmas and the wait line was so so long but it kept moving. They have the right location in the Fayetteville NC location. Because it’s right beside a long skinny hall way. I never knew existed The workers helped everyone quickly and patiently.

I was very satisfied with my visit overall to Pandora for my moms Christmas charm bracelet. The only issues I have were the line to get into the store which took around 15 minutes wait to get in. Then my next issue was that the store said they were out of boxes for the bracelet and it was a pandora wide issue. However when I returned in a week to get a charm for the bracelet they happily gave me a bracelet when back in stock, so I was very happy.

The friendliness of the staff and the knowledge.

I was highly satisfied in that there appeared to be a shortage of staff however; the service was superior with a huge touch of patience. The salesperson was very polite and patient despite there being a long line. I was sixth in line. It did take a while however; all of the salespersons were polite and rendered service with a smile.

Great customer service. Great atmosphere. Always have what I’m looking for.
