I wish I could remember her name but the sale rep who took care of me was incredibly amazing! She really helped me decide on the best charms for my theme of my bracelet. She was so personable and sweet! She did a wonderful Job.

The selection of jewelry was great. All associates were attentive and welcoming. I was given time to find what I was looking for without being rushed, despite the number of people waiting in line to shop.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at the pandora store at the cross creek mall location, the sale associate MS. JACQUES was so helpful and very knowledgeable of the the items and there locations in the store, she took time putting the charm together and taking it apart over and over again until it was perfect, i will ask for her personally for my next purchase, I give her a 10 for the customer service I received in her store, thanks for the wonderful service!!!

I had an exchange and I was worried that they would not have what I needed so close to Xmas but it was available. I went into the store twice in about a week and I had made my purchase online but they helped me! The sales associate was the same both times and she has a beautiful spirit I just love her!
