The sales associate was very nice and helpful. She explained how to size the bracelets. She was very patient when we couldn't decide what charmes we wanted. The store was very clean and easy to get around and look at stuff. However it was small.

The customer service is always great. The associates are extremely friendly and always so helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise.
