I was highly satisfied with Jessica the salesperson, she really took her time with me and was very patient with me. She really knows her job.

I bought all my granddaughters gifts for an upcoming out of town visit, and I asked if the size was wrong or if they wanted something else, and was told yes that's no problem. However. I bought these gifts 3 months in advance, but was not told there was a 30 day time limit. Well when they came, the bracelet was too small, so we went in to exchange it, and was told it should have been done within 30 days, but it was never worn, so the staff let us find a different one, and I paid more for it. But they were very nice, And understanding to let us find the right one, and my granddaughter Loves it, wears it everyday, and I will continue to buy from Pandora. Thank You staff for saving the day.
