When I came into the store I was quite rude being that I was on a phone call. I quietly told the lady who helped me, I'm sorry but I'm on a call from Hawaii (huge time difference) she smiled and said it was ok. I was able to point out the charm I came into the store to purchase, pay for it, enter my email all without saying a word. Her kindness, understanding, and patience was Phenomenal!
