Masheila (excuse my spelling if I'm wrong) was a very professional and friendly associate. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of products offered. There was a minor issue with my pickup order, as 1 of the 2 charms I purchased was not placed in the bag and I had left the store and was about to head home, she luckily caught this mistake quickly and I rushed back in and we solved it. This will not stop me from shopping again soon. Again she was incredible and very professional.

Walked in knowing what I wa looking for afte being online. Associate helped to the fullest and was fully satisfied with my in store visit, when I've had a few unpleasant one in this store. When i run in to. A good one does motivate me to com back. Because Reed jewelry has become my to go to after my last unpleasant Associate to thi store in particular after a birthday charm wasn't taken back 3 days after it was purchased and gifted to me. I ha to keep it even if i had one of the same ki nd.

Everyone is always so amazing and helpful. I went into the store to do a warranty replacement for my bracelet because the clasp broke and they did not have my size in stock but they pulled from the display and it was perfect. I was so happy and they were so incredibly patient with my mother and I while she got a new bracelet and charms and I got my bracelet replaced. I'll forever love this store and their service and attention to detail!

Salesperson was very knowledgeable. Needed a new bracelet and suggested several different styles. I have a very small wrist so her suggestions were very helpful. She arranged my charms and wore it home very pleased with her knowledgeable. She also didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Very impressed by that. I will return to this store even though it's a 45 minute ride. Thank Pandora
