Every associate was very welcoming when we walked into the store. The store itself is very bright and clean. I was able to look around without being hassled to make a purchase which is always wonderful. When I was ready the associate(Charles) that assisted was very through and friendly.

The knowledge and the friendliness of the sales Associates. The availability of products. Not being pressured into purchasing. Also, the associates were professional.

AIsha is extremely friendly and helpful.

Jessika was amazing! My mom and I didn’t plan on purchasing anything and no one was really attempting to assist us yesterday. Jessika came up to us and was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did she make a sale but she has a customer for life! I built my dream bracelet and I can’t wait to head to Disney later this summer for more charms! Will be going to Jessika for all my Pandora needs from here on out!

The sales clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me things that would make my bracelet pop. I ended up buying more then planned.
