Jacques was very kind. She was willing to answer all of my questions patiently and gave additional suggestions for my consideration. She is very friendly and polite. When she had to assist other associates, she did not make me feel ignored or rushed.

Customer service was top notch. Sales person began to take care of me in line, showing me items before entering store. Handed me over to the in store sales person with ease.

All good except I bought safety chain over a year ago and it just broke. I don’t even wear my jewelry daily. So that policy sucks.

The gals that were working there were super friendly & helpful!! I liked being able to go in and pick out Mother’s Day gifts and see them in person….so glad they had good inventory!!
