Savannah R was an excellent sales associate. I was unsure of the exact charms I would be purchasing. I let her know the occasion and she was quickly able to show me what was available. She was pleasant and easy to work with.

I was satisfied because the store manager was very nice and attentive. I came to get my bracelet cleaned and even though the store was busy the manager still opted to help.
