I loved that the associate greeted me with a smile! I loved that she was very knowledgeable about the questions I asked and answered them. I actually glad that she sold me an item I didn’t realize I needed but will keep my jewelry in better condition for the long haul.

She was very nice and help me in all of my items. She showed me each item and it made my wife very happy.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. COVID safety precautions were being unforced.The employee’s professionalism knowledge of products and pleasant customer service made for a pleasant shopping experience.

I came in not knowing the products at all just having an idea in mind of what I wanted. The associate was very helpful and patient as she explained the products I was inquiring about.

I started my bracelet on Mother's day I was only able to get a couple charm. I returned back about a month later and the saleswoman remembered me she made my day.

I vist pandora store almost every two weeks, and every vist is very pleasant all the employees are friendly and very helpful.
