Kathy helped me and she was awesome and helpful, however her coworker was rather flippant and told me I could not buy something in particular without checking when later in a different coworker found what I needed and yes I could purchase- the whole reason I went into store to begin with. It took a while to get checked out. But Kathy who is kind of new was very warm and welcoming and helpful.

The lady that assisted me Kelsey D #185409. Was not really nice she insisted that product was not available. That the website was wrong without looking at all the places they keep the charms. I been a customer for the last four years and the website is always accurate when they say they have a product at the store.i got the feeling she didn’t really want to help maybe because this one time I forgot to wear my Pandora jewelry when I went there after this awful experience because there were many other issues I will not be returning to that store I feel unappreciated after spending tons of money there. I’m not happy at all.

the sale agents i feel they don't actually like to see me at their store that much i don't know why i spend at least $100 every time i go there i feel like they are becoming rude out of no where.

Purchased the Mother’s Day locket. Upon getting and attempting to wear one day later, found one of the “diamonds” missing! Will be returning. Wanted the shine bumble bee. VERY disappointed that have not been able to buy due to lengthy unavailability.

Brought my pandora bracelet in for cleaning, received it back as uncleaned. Visible dirt that I pointed out, assistant manager stated it was “wear and tear” however I was able to wipe it off with my fingers. Did not clean the clasp, as I was able to use a QTip to clean that myself. Will never use this store again for any cleaning. I will take this to a Minnesota Pandora Ian trad of wasting my time with this store. Thank you!

The sales mgr was very helpful in adding my new charms to my bracelet so it looked good. I dislike your stores because it is too bright and too hot in them, and you can't look at anything when people are being helped at the counters where the merchandise is displayed. you need a separate area to build bracelets so that others can look at what is in the display cases. Also checkout is AWFUL! the ipad system is entirely too slow. And watching the salespeople try to type names in, get spellings correct, etc, is painful. I want a QUICK checkout process. You need to have the ability to scan, pay and go. That's why I avoid your store sometimes is the slowness of it all.
