The sales associate just wasn’t knowledgeable nor overly friendly. She didn’t seem to care that I was there to make a purchase and I had to tell her about the products and where to find them.

I bought two items. The associate told me that she has to complete two separate transactions. Twice the time checking out. Then, the 'tablet' she was using could not connect to your system. After five to ten minutes of trying, she gave up and went to the register, where we needed to complete the two transactions. It took longer to check out than it did to select what to buy. Bottom line - your checkout process is too complicated and it takes too long.

Donna was the sales associate that “help me”. She was not that friendly. What made a bad experience was the way she raise her voice “ don't touch it” and almost move my hand away. There’s ways to tell people things like this. And she put this out because she was “showing me” things. I understand if employees have a protocol i don’t know about what the client can touch and what no… but client don’t know! she was awful, not nice just terrible energy and made felt unwelcome. I did made my purchase but this is the last time i get something from this store, thanks to donna.

The in store option is not the same as online. I shouldn't have to apply for a credit card to get an offered deal.

I understand that policies are in place and you have guidelines to follow but the complete rudeness of the store manager is the reason I will not be returning to this store. Normally I would not have a problem with putting on a mask or following rules to enter the store but the way my husband and I were spoke to was not called for. The rush to remove me us from the store because I did nor have a mask on was blatantly rude and disrespectful, especially when I am there to pick up a purchase from the store and to purchase more. There was no need to be disrespectful and she could of asked if I could wear a mask not tell me that have to stand somewhere because of not wearing one. If this is how you treat your customers then I refuse to return to any of your stores and will no longer recommend Pandora to anyone. Also with it being a purchase my husband made for me for Valentines you would think that it would have had tissue paper in the bag and everything and there was nothing other than what was purchased. I watched other associates in the store box up customers purchases and make them look nice and mine just looked like it was just another purchase.

The women in the store were rude the minute I walked in and the store just opened. I was immediately asked if I had a mask - there was no signs saying I needed one to enter the store - and when they did ask they were speaking in a accusing tone. I did not have one and she and all associates made sure I knew I had to stay behind the guards - and I was and I made sure to stay away from them. There tone and the way they handled it made me upset I understand we want to be safe with COVID I work in retail I get it but they need to handle it a lot better and hang signs that they want you to wear it. Plus I don’t need to be talked down to by all the workers that are there about it - I just need one

After the sales associate let us in the store she was not very friendly or helpful at all. She acted like we were taking up her time. She seemed to be in a hurry, not really wanting to show us items, constantly looking at her watch. I have been to this store several times and never had anyone as rude as her.

The sales associate Donna was not a good listener. I had to explain multiple times what I wanted to exchange and for what. I had a sparkling wishbone ring that I needed to exchange for a different size and the classic bow ring that I wanted to exchange for the polished wishbone. Without looking, Donna told me that the sparkling wishbone ring was no longer available, I had to ask her with some persistence if she could please just check...to which she did and brought me the same size ring I was looking to exchange, after looking a 2nd time, she found the ring I was looking for. After waiting in line outside of the store for 30 min, it took an additional 40 min after I got into the store for Donna to help me with this exchange.

The sales associate was rude. I visited this location twice and both times the associate was rude. I got no black people allowed vibes. My household income is very high you never whom your talking to. I could have filled my bracelet up but I didn’t in case she received commission but I’ll shop on line for now on.

It was a new associate. She was trying her hardest to find things. The Team Lead was not helpful and nor friendly. She should have stayed with the associate during our process to show her what to do. It took very long.
