The staff at the Des Moines Jordan Creek Mall location are always friendly. I have never had a poor experience. Nate was very helpful in helping me pick out a charm for my bracelet. We discussed other Pandora jewelry and I am now considering adding Pandora Me to my jewelry collection. I walked away with the Star and Crescent charm and it looks lovely on my bracelet.
