Cathy was so sweet! This was my first time buying anything from Pandora. I am on a trip with my daughter and she helped me make a bracelet telling our story of our girls trip. Going back to visit her again today. She was awesome! In the future I will be contacting her to help me build my next story.

Kelsey was very knowledgeable about the charms my daughter and I were interested in. We just happened into the store and we did not have our bracelets with us so I only bought one charm but she still treated us so well. I was super impressed!
