Jane the Store Manager greeting me as soon as we walked in and was able to help and assist me get the charms that were on my wishlist and she cleaned my Pandora ring and charm bracelet. She was very knowledgeable and was very friendly! I plan to be back very soon!

I liked that the sales associates acknowledged me when I walked in the door. Even though I had to wait I was told I would be helped as soon as possible. Offered order with free shipping for out of stock items.

Cathy was wonderful. She helped my father and I not only find a gift for my mother for Mother’s Day, but a bracelet for myself as well. She knew the merchandise well, and gave us undivided attention the entire process. She was wonderful!!!
