I was highly satisfied with my service at Pandora. I had a bracelet with a broken clasp, which they replaced for me. It was under warranty, so this was free. They also showed me some new pieces for Mother's Day, which I think I will go buy. She also sold me a new bracelet with a different clasp which I think I will love.
