Pandora Jewelry

There was friendliness from the first step inside the door. We got compliments from the rings we had picked out. There was so much understanding when we came in for a ring size exchange.

Kelsey was very helpful and informative. She was able to add us to the waitlist for an item we wanted but also helped us with another purchase. She also gave some great advice about how to care for the jewelry which was incredibly helpful

Cathy the employee needs raise. She matched out energy and helped us look through several different jewelry and we talked about even what comes with her job. Probably going to be working here for the summer.

I already knew which rings I wanted to see and Kyrsten knew which rings to place on the sales counter. It makes the shopping experience more enjoyable with a knowledgeable salesperson. I am already looking forward to my next visit and hope to see Kyrsten again.

My boyfriend bought me the infinity stone right but he got the wrong size. So he called to make sure they had right size but he didn’t know my size & neither did I. So when walked in Kathy had a whole bunch of rings are her finger & she in fact said someone was look for the one we were returning so it was a win win for everyone! Kathy was so sweet! The store manager is sweet too! Every time we come in, she’s so nice!
