Jane and the rest of the associates were very friendly and engaged in helping me pick out items for my daughter's birthday. Jane was great at asking questions about my daughter and helping me find the perfect charms for her first Pandora bracelet. I left the store feeling like we had picked out the perfect gift for my daughter's sweet 16.

The moment I came in there was someone already ready to help me out. The nice lady was able to answer all my questions immediately without being rude and was also determined to find my number when it wouldn’t show up in the system in the end I add my phone number and got the charm I wanted.

Very nice and welcoming helped me find me size and I didn’t even have to ask she pulled out all the rings that would fit me and I got a 10 discount for my first time and helped me make an account was only planning on getting one ring but I got two instead very satisfied.

I was very satisfied with my experience today, my ring for some reason was having the gems turn green and we asked why, our sales person tried to clean it but it didn’t change and we ended up having to do an exchange!
