My sales associate Jane was amazing! She had great knowledge on merchandise, and knew what rings to offer my small thin fingers! Gave amazing insight and was super friendly! My Pandora visit is always amazing, but this was by far my favorite time visiting!!

I came in with an idea of two things that I was looking for. I was able to get a version of both of the items I was looking for at a great price.

A friend had bought me a gift from this location and I needed to find out when it was purchased and how much. I was also told that i could not exchange it. When i told kyrsten i had always wanted a charm bracelet she very quickly showed me so many options. Well i left with a bracelet and 2 charms! She could have just let me walk away but she really listened to me and took care of me.

My wife and I were treated like royalty from the minute we walked through the door. Jane Anne was our sales associate and she went above and beyond the call of duty. She was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. We left the store feeling completely satisfied with the 3 beautiful rings we purchased. We will definitely return in the future!

I am highly satisfied with my online order and my in person visit to the store. The sales associate was very kind, helpful and even apologized for us having to wait in line outside the store. My daughter and I were satisfied with our choices and our visit.
