Sales person was friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience in this store. I have purchased items from this store previously and have never had a problem. I enjoy that when I come in I can get my items cleaned and I always love the ease of access to associates.

Waiting outside in the mall to be called in to shop at this point in time is ridiculous, and the plexiglass needs put away.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made my first Pandora experience one not to forget. We gave her a vague idea of what we were looking for and she did wonderful finding the perfect piece of jewelry.

I am highly satisfied with the service I was received. Cathy was amazing and helped me through the process of finding the perfect charm bracelet for me. She had amazing advice and was super sweet. She also helped my mom out earlier that day and my mom was satisfied as well. I totally think she deserves a raise!

We were able to look around to get ideas on what my granddaughter who is 15wanted to start her 1st Pandora bracelet. We also found charms to give as holiday gifts to my 19 yr old granddaughter & my two other daughters. Plus we got ideas for future purchases as I have a niece that had a bracelet & NO charms! Which is soooo wrong!
