Cathy provided excellent customer service. She immediately approached me after completing a transaction with another customer. I had an issue with my bracelet, as the charm had become stuck. Cathy immediately cleaned the item and tried to rotate the charm in an attempt to remove the charm. She impressed me so much I purchased another bracelet.

The sales associate listened to what i was looking for and helped me to find the right size and style. She was willing to let me try on several styles and sizes

I was able to have Cathy again as my salesperson….I enjoy having her wait on me…she is very helpful and knowledgeable of Pandora products….making my visit to the store pleasant . She works quickly, but allows you time to make your decisions..
