We were looking for something for our granddaughter and Kelsey was so helpful. She gave us several different options to pick from.

Associate was very friendly and helpful. We did not feel rushed and she showed us a number of selections. She even got out a tool to help my daughter hold a pair of earrings next to her ear to get an idea of how they would look.

I was able to purchase the item I wanted. It was quick and I was treated kindly.

McKenna was my sales associate and she was FANTASTIC!!! Knowledgeable on the products I was looking at. She was helpful in my selection. Very very satisfied with my experience.

Keshia helped me with a exchange from on line purchase. She acknowledged and greeted me while I waited my turn(only sales associate that did, the others continued what they were doing). She finished with her customer, cleaned and then assisted me. She did a fabulous job! She helped with exchange, got me what I wanted, was very pleasant and personable. She did a fabulous job and I will seek her out on my return trips to the store. Super salesperson and excellent customer service!!! Shout out to her in this current time as she was super!!!!

Because of associate Mayra who did excellent job. The price of ring in the book was wrong and Mayra's supervisor chinese lady sorry for using country names to identify someone since we dont know her name, but this sup refuse to make adjustment for $15, but Mayra handle the best way she could by making manual adjustment and got approval from manager of store with focus to make us happy. Thank you Mayra and you should give her a reward for doing excellent customer service
