I returned a damaged bracelet than had been purchased within the last 90 days.Kathy the sales associate was friendly and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this store , always satisfied with customer service.

I enjoyed my first experience at a Pandora store. The sales lady was super helpful and we built the perfect bracelet for my birthday.

I was helped immediately by Cathy she greeted me then asked if I knew what size ring I was looking for and if I had an idea what kind of band I would like then brough out a case of rings to choose from then I was able to try on the rings and find my perfect one

I went in the store to view a ring, and was able to view it on with other rings that way I could see what looked best. Ended buying another one, so beautiful! The lady that attended us was very helpful and nice.

The employee who assisted me during my visit; Cathy got to us in a timely manner, sanitized the area I wanted to go towards beforehand, and was very helpful with showing the ring sets I was interested in and finding my size. She was also very friendly and respectful.
