Cathy has helped me several times and was excellent! She offered to clean my and my friend's charm bracelets without our asking! We didn't know how dirty they were until she cleaned them! She is always very helpful and gives good advice on how to add charms so they look the best on our bracelet with other charms.

I knew what I wanted prior to arriving to the store, which helped since it was Mother’s Day and it was very busy. Kelsey was super nice and also listened to what I wanted my charm bracelet to look like. She also offered to clean my bracelet and put all 4 new charms I bought on my bracelet for me.

Very cute items to desire to have, but too much temptation of spending money. Especially sales person, Cathy who worked with me today, she was very informative about items and has good tastes, sense of style for recommendations. Very happy, satisfied service today I got! Oh my gosh I had the best experience ever with Cathy she helped me choose the perfect charms for mothers day. Very nice and her customer service was above and beyond. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful as well.

The safety following COVID 19 distancing and disinfecting was great. Allowing assail amount of people in store shows they care for everyone's health. The location of store is great, the associate was kind and helpful and I bought exactly what I was looking for.
