Jane Anne was quick to show me what my options were. I wasn't able to get the ring I was exchanging due to sizing but she was quick to show me other options and I left liking what I got more than the original ring. Also, went very quick and I was able to wear my new rings out of the store. Also have a plan of what I want next! Very happy!

Jane Anne was very friendly, funny and joked with me. She made my experience good and didn't mind me asking how much things were. I wanted to know what I'd be spending total and she nicely helped with that. She was not pushy at all.
