I have been talking about wanting a pandora bracelet for years. My husband lured me in with the Harey Potter collection. Our salesperson, McKenna, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! We felt the environment was safe and clean. We will definitely be returning to add more charms to my beautiful bracelet.

They had what I wanted in the store, The associate was helpful and friendly, she made suggestions that helped me decide which of the pieces I wanted to purchase. She gave me options that allowed my husband to be included in the purchase. I was dissapointed that my coupon was not allowed to be used as there was no expiry date on the coupon, but other than that it is fine.

I was extremely happy that I got amazing customer service from pandora. The store manager was very nice and helped me figure out my ring size. I will definitely be back!
