Was greeted right away and asked how was our day. Asked what we were looking for or any special occasion. Was very patient with me and helped me achieve the look I wanted.

Donna at this store was very helpful. They have just moved into this location from another location in the mall, so they were not quite settled in yet. I asked to see several different items and she located them all for me even though they had just moved!!

Pandora has a great service I was helped by Cathy and her service was wonderful so generous.Cathy made sure we were being helped and made sure we were satisfied.

Jane Anne was very helpful in showing different pieces of jewelry so that I could find exactly what I was looking for. I also liked that she asked what I liked or disliked about the piece of jewelry- getting to know my interests and what to show me next.

Jane Ann was extremely helpful without being pushy. She listened to what we said and asked questions to better help us. She was knowledgeable and fun!

My sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful when assisting me with my bracelet I received as a gift. I have never had pandora jewelry so when looking at charms to add she assisted me with purchasing clips to keep my charms safe. I also appreciate the manner in which she assisted me. She was not pushy and took time listening to what I wanted.
