I was very impressed with the associate. I also like the fact that she should other sale items. The sales associate was very friendly very helpful very kind she did a well job on waiting on me and my granddaughter in the store today. I will continue to shop at Pandora .

I had purchased a bracelet for my Granddaughter for her graduation. It was way too small and so I came into the store to exchange it. Since I wasn't exactly sure the correct size I just showed how much more it looked like was needed to just clasp it shut. Jane Anne was very helpful in showing me the difference and it looked perfect. She was so knowledgeable in what needed to be done. Thank you Jane Anne

We were highly satisfied because all the associates that helped us were friendly and very understanding of our situation. The associate was also knowledgeable of what charms were available that we were in search of. Last, they took care of our needs quickly and were very personable, and not just looking to us for a sale.
