The staff were very helpful and they understood what I was looking for. They provided me with lots of options which made it easier for me to pick. It was a good experience overall and the products ended up being on sale too which was really nice!

It was difficult to find charms. Your store not only offered charms, but, so much more with quality product and variety. Rings bracelets, necklaces and more..... thank you

I work for Pandora Canada and was excited to visit a US location. Joann was wonderful and helped me find the Iowa state charm I was looking for. As a Pandora employee I had high expectations and they were all met! We even talked about how much we enjoy working for Pandora! I am in Des Moines often to visit family and will be back for sure!!!
